Refund/Cancellation Policy

The registration for the examination is FINAL and cancellation is not allowed.

Fees once paid for this examination will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Transactions that are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to the NCA system are treated as failed transactions.

All such transactions are eligible for refund post reconciliation.

In such transactions, money (excluding Bank/Payment Gateway charges) is refunded as per the Bank’s policy.
